Complete renovation of a family home in Amsterdam

Ponto Services carried out a complete renovation of an existing family home in Amsterdam. The residents wanted more bedroom space while staying in their familiar home. We supported the design, advice and permit process, and carried out the construction work.

We divided one large bedroom into two separate rooms. The French balcony was replaced with two tilt-and-turn windows. We also redesigned the bathroom layout and renovated the separate toilet. A new kitchen, metal doors and custom-built cabinets complement the revised layout.

We also renewed the electrical distribution, installed a new central-heating boiler and replaced the heat-recovery ventilation unit. We added underfloor heating, finished the floor with an Arturo levelling system, and completed the plastering and painting. The home gained a new layout and finish, from the building services to the built-in lighting.
