Ponto Services plans and delivers substantial home renovations, extensions and roof additions. From the first design and structural assessment to permit applications and construction, we coordinate the work with one point of contact. Based in Amsterdam, we work across North Holland and the Utrecht region.
What we do
Complete home renovation → We coordinate the design, technical planning and construction of a substantial renovation.
Home extensions → We bring the new space into the existing home, including the structural and permit questions that need to be resolved.
Roof additions → We assess the structural possibilities, develop the design and guide the permit process before construction.
Commercial spaces: We also renovate offices, shops, hospitality venues and hotels.
How we work
We start by discussing the home or commercial space, your goals, location and timing. We then examine the design, technical requirements, budget and whether a permit is needed. Once the scope and plans are clear, we coordinate the specialists and construction through to completion. You know which decisions are needed at each stage.
