Define the scope and design

The answers help shape the design and the project scope. We review available drawings, discuss the budget and identify the technical investigations that may be required. If the plan involves a load-bearing wall or another structural change, calculations and detailed drawings may be needed. Where a permit is relevant, we assess that early in the process.
Coordinate construction and finishing
Once the scope and design are clear, we coordinate the work from preparation through construction and finishing. Depending on the home, that may involve demolition, structural alterations, insulation, electrical and plumbing work, bathrooms, kitchens and interior finishes.
