A joined-up plan before work starts
We first discuss the property, what you want to change and the outcome you are aiming for. The design is then considered alongside the existing structure, installations, available budget and any planning restrictions. Depending on the project, drawings, structural calculations and a permit application may be needed before construction. Bringing these questions together early helps define what is included, which decisions need to be made and which specialists will be involved. The agreed project scope determines the work we coordinate; turnkey does not mean that every possible item is automatically included.
Coordinated construction and handover
With the plans and scope established, we organise the sequence of work and coordinate the people involved. A substantial renovation may require structural changes, building services, insulation, kitchens, bathrooms and finishing. An extension or roof addition adds further technical and permit considerations. We keep the design and construction decisions connected as the project progresses.
